Guitar is in excellent cosmetic condition and plays super well-no real issues to report on either front! Alvarez case has one busted latch and some wear typical to an approximately 20 year-old case, but the guitar fits snugly. Instruments were made in Japan by Yairi and imported under the Alvarez
